To ensure you get the best and longest-lasting experience from your handcrafted 9oz soy candle, please follow these simple guidelines:

First Burn: On your initial use, allow the candle to burn long enough for the entire surface layer of wax to melt evenly from edge to edge of the container. This typically takes 2-3 hours and is crucial to prevent "tunneling," which can shorten your candle's lifespan.
Trim the Wick: Before each subsequent lighting, always trim the cotton core wick to about 1/4 inch (6mm). This promotes a clean, steady flame, minimizes soot, and ensures an optimal burn.
Safe Placement: Always place your burning candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Enjoy the Ambiance: Allow the fine fragrance oils to fill your space, creating a soothing and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the comforting glow and delightful aroma.
Extinguish Safely: When you're finished, extinguish the flame gently. Do not blow it out forcefully, as this can scatter hot wax and create smoke.
