Massage the balm onto areas where you feel tension or aches, such as your neck, shoulders, temples, or any sore muscles. Use slow, circular motions, allowing the balm to absorb and ease your body.
Step 2: Unwind with Bonne Nuit Aromatherapy Scent Roller

After applying the balm, take your Bonne Nuit aromatherapy scent roller.
Apply it to your pulse points: your wrists, temples, and behind your ears. You can also roll a small amount onto the palms of your hands, rub them together lightly, and cup them over your nose and mouth, taking a few slow, deep breaths.
