Our products are proudly packaged with care. Once you place your order, please allow 3-4 business days for fulfillment plus delivery time.

We ship via USPS or UPS. Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and will vary depending on the dollar amount of your purchase. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

$0 - $49.99             -  $8.95

$50 - $99.99           -  $12.95  

$100 - $149.99       -  $16.95

$150 - and up         -  $18.95

Here at White Peony Organics we value your patronage and our products. We hope you love the item(s) you purchased. We do our absolute best to source excellent high quality products. 

Most of our products are hand made in small batches by artisans who believe in best practices and the quality of their ingredients and the items that they produce. 

Each of our products are thoroughly inspected during the fulfillment process to ensure all items are in perfect condition when they arrive to you.

With regards to this, we are not accepting any returns at this time. All sales are FINAL.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend submitting a claim with the carrier right away.
